Next to each product is marked the approximate lead time, which we count from:
- the moment of order confirmation (in case of payment on delivery)
- crediting the payment (in the case of payment in advance)
- receipt of confirmation of activation of installments (in case of installment payment).
If the order consists of several products, the longest of the lead times counts.
If the order is placed on a business day after 4:00 pm, its implementation begins the next business day.
If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or other public holiday, its processing begins the next business day.

Goods so marked we have in our shipping warehouse, we will probably manage to ship them within 24 hours (1 business day) from the moment the order is forwarded for processing. Product availability in stock is given for one item. If your order includes more than one item, it may happen that our stock will run out and we will have to import some from the supplier.
shipping more than 24 hours
This item is not in our shipping warehouse - we bring it from external warehouses or from a regular supplier, or it is a custom-made product. Please keep in mind that most goods are not prefabricated, they are prepared when the order is received in our system. The lead time for such an order is unlikely to exceed 1 business day.

The goods cannot be ordered at this time. Our suppliers no longer have it. However, we cannot promise that this item will reappear on sale.
Deadline for receiving the package = shipping date + delivery time.
Parcels are delivered by courier companies. Delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the address of the recipient. For courier companies it is usually 1-2 business days.
If you pick up your order via InPost Parcel Machines, the parcel will be at the selected Parcel Machine within 2 business days after the parcel is posted.
You can also pick up the ordered goods at a personal collection point in Poznan. You will be informed about the readiness of the order for pick-up by e-mail and by changing the status of the order to "ready for pick-up".
