Warranty and complaint terms and conditions
We make every effort to ensure that the products offered are of the highest quality possible. We hope that the purchased products will work faultlessly throughout their lifetime. On the other hand, in case of failure, please follow the information below, which will help to improve after-sales service.
Manufacturer's warranty
The products have a manufacturer's warranty valid in Poland.
Implementation of the manufacturer's warranty takes place:
- through the store in accordance with the terms and conditions of the regulations of the individual guarantors (manufacturers / distributors). In this case, the terms and conditions of the warranty given below, in the section "Terms and conditions of the bejca-bartek.pl store warranty" also apply;
- directly at the manufacturer, independently by the end customer - the store is not responsible for the result of the warranty.
The warranty period of each product can be seen in its description on the store pages.
The condition for the realization of the warranty is the possession of the original purchase document (bill / receipt / invoice).
For some products, there is a warranty card inside the factory sealed package. Due to the fact that we do not want to open such packaged products, it may happen that the card will not be stamped. However, this gives you the assurance that no one has previously tampered with the contents of the product. If you receive a warranty card without a stamp, please contact us.
Terms and conditions of bejca-bartek.pl store warranty
FHP Bartek Dorota Bartusz as a seller can mediate between the user and the manufacturer in the process of warranty complaint. A warranty claim is accepted on the basis of a service application together with proof of purchase. In order to streamline the process related to the registration of a new complaint, please provide in the form the order number from which the damaged product originated and a description of its defect. The date when the complaint process begins is the moment when the shipment is received by our Central Service located in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
The defective product will be subjected to an initial expert examination to verify whether the defect described by the Customer is present and whether the defect was not the fault of the user. The time limit for consideration of complaints by FHP BARTEK Dorota Bartusz is 14 days from the moment of receipt of goods.
All products that have a manufacturer's warranty are sent directly to the distributor or manufacturer of the equipment in question.
If the manufacturer's/distributor's service finds that the repair of the equipment requires additional expertise, or the replacement of hard-to-reach parts, the period for processing the application may be extended to 28 working days.
The manner in which the complaint is handled and completed through repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price is the sole responsibility of the guarantor.
If the complaint shipment is to be sent to an address other than the one shown in the order from which the advertised product comes, it is necessary to send new address information through the contact form. If such information is not received, the return shipment will be sent to the old address.
If the delivered product does not meet the warranty requirements, the customer will be informed immediately.
The warranty on the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer resulting from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
Complimentary products, i.e. those appearing on the purchase document in the amount of 1 PLN and described in the sales offer as free of charge are not subject to repairs and warranty replacement.
